Exchange and Returns

We want you to adore every item you purchase from inZone5

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions below.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

1. Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

2. Original tags must remain attached.

3. Item(s) must be in original condition, unworn, unsoiled and in original packaging.


Ensure all tags are intact and items are in their original condition.

Contact inZone5 via email at info@inzone5.com to notify us of your intended exchange or return. Please include name, contact details, invoice number and details of the preferred replacement choice (Item name, colour & size). This alllows us to set aside the item you wish to exchange.

We are happy to accept all garments returned, however, if they arrive in a poor condition we might have to send them back to you.

Include the following items:

  • The items you wish to return/exchange
  •  Your original inzone5 invoice as proof of purchase

The goods are your responsibility until they reach inZone5, so please make sure they are packed securely. Please hold onto the tracking number for your package once you have posted it, otherwise we will not take responsibility if the goods do not arrive at inZone5

Customers will be responsible for the return shipping charge.

Once your package is received by inZone5, your exchange or refund shall be processed immediately.


If you wish to make an exchange on any full priced items, inZone5 is happy to do so as long as the stock is available. If the stock is not available, a credit note or refund will be offered as an alternative.


Refunds are given on full priced garments only, this does not include any associated shipping charges from the original purchase or return.

Please note – we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on SALE items or purchases made using a discount voucher / code.

Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card or Paypal account that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by inZone5, however, please allow 14 days from the day you return the product for your account to be credited.

We pride ourselves on providing quality products to our customers. In the instance where a garment is considered faulty we will offer a replacement or a refund for the full purchase price. InZone5 reserves the right to examine the item in question to determine whether a product is faulty.

If deemed faulty a replacement item will be shipped subject to stock availability or a refund issued. A response for Faulty Claims will be received within 10 business days of the garment’s arrival at the Returns address above. For faulty or damaged goods, please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review we will then credit the cost of postage back to you.

InZone5 will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery.
